I made this special “gift box” cake for the Teacher’s Appreciation Luncheon at school a few years ago at Christmastime.  It was a 10″x10″ cake with 4 layers, all different flavors.  The frosting was buttercream with fondant flowers and bow.   I do appreciate all you do, teachers!
