I was asked to design another unique cake for a quilter’s guild Christmas party.   The ladies wanted a particular quilt design in buttercream, so I frosted a double-layer half-sheet cake and measured out the squares.  With a few different colors and piping tips, and some inspiration from a picture they provided, this is what I came up with.  The ladies got just what they wanted for their celebration…And they made me an honorary member of the guild (good thing they didn’t ask me to make a quilt, the things they do with fabric are truly amazing!)!
