For these little beauties, flavorful coconut cake is filled with a rich coconut cream and topped with a swirl of light coconut buttercream and toasted coconut.  Sigh…heaven. I must admit here my guilty little pleasure…whenever I make an order of these for someone, I save a couple for myself  (living in a coconut-adverse household, I never make anything with coconut for my family–what a travesty). Probably a good thing, as I’d make/eat them ALL the time if I could!
